A tour that will take you inside one of the queens of south-eastern Sicilian Baroque: Modica. You will have the opportunity to explore the entire city, to smell the traditional smells and tastes. An obligatory stop is the cathedral of San Giorgio and the church of San Pietro, followed by a tasting of the Modica chocolate, typical of the area, known throughout the world and unique for its cold preparation. Leaving Modica, one reaches the nearby town of Scicli, a beautiful village nestled in the Iblean mountains, which has made its architectural beauty its strength. Scicli is home to Via M. Penna, which became famous because it is the site of Montalbano’s ‘Caserma’ (barracks), an original building for its fa\u00e7ade, capable of creating a great surprise effect for all fans of the series. The tour ends with a relaxing stroll along the seafront promenade of Donnalucata, a quaint seaside village that offers enchanting sunsets.<\/p>\n\n
